New Pastor named for St. Timothy Parish

Earlier in April, our Pastor, Fr. Petringa resigned his position as pastor of St TImothy's, due to health concerns and imminent surgery.  We are happy to report that Father has been recuperating steadily since his surgery and was able to return to his home recently.  We certainly continue to pray for his good health and well-being. In the interim, Fr. Grimes has been serving as our parish administrator,.

Fr. Grimes recently passed along the good news that a new pastor has been named for St. Timothy's.  
The new paastor's name is Fr. Thomas Boudreau, and he will be the pastor of St. Timothy's effective July 1.  Below is the text of the announcement that Fr. Grimes shared with the parish regarding Fr Boudreau's appointment as pastor.

Fr. Thomas Boudreau has been appointed St. Timothy’s new Pastor. Fr. Boudreau comes to us from the Avon/Holbrook Collaborative (St. Michael’s and St. Joseph’s respectively). He will begin his ministry on July 1st . May God bless Fr. Boudreau and our parish as we look forward to welcoming him and his leadership to guide us forward as a community of faith.
At a later date we plan to have Fr. Petringa back to say farewell and to express our thanksgiving for his six years as Pastor here at St. Tim’s.
