St. Timothy Church and Office are open again. Click "Mass Times and Coronavirus" or "Online Giving" for information.
We will begin our Confirmation Program (grades 9 and 10) with a REQUIRED meeting for Confirmation students and their parent(s) held in October. There will be several meeting opportunities offered. We will inform you of the available meeting dates in the next few weeks.
The meetings will provide parents and students the opportunity to meet Fr. Thomas Boudreau, our new pastor, and the Faith Formation staff. We will review the program for the upcoming year, offer an opportunity for you to view the physical setup of our classes, ask questions about the program, complete the Confirmation registration form, and pay the Confirmation fee ($110).* If your child was not baptized at St Timothy or we have not previously received a copy of their baptism record, please bring a copy of their baptism record to this meeting, or request their church of Baptism to fax the baptism record to St Timothy Parish (781-769-9362).
Students in grade 9 who attend Catholic High School are not required to attend Confirmation I classes. Of course, these students are most welcome to join us if they wish to. If your child is a grade 9 student at a Catholic High School please send us an email with the child’s name, high school they attend, and your contact information so that we might keep you informed about the Confirmation program and any opportunities to participate in parish events.
Confirmation classes will meet on Sundays 12noon-1pm following the 11am parish Mass. It is our hope that all the students will attend the 11:00 Mass before class.
Preparation for Confirmation is a two-year program. Home Study is not an option during Confirmation Preparation. The past few years have been difficult. If your child has missed attending grade 9 or any grade(s) we welcome you and will help you get started in their current grade.
We look forward to a wonderful year!
