On Good Friday, April 2012, members of the Youth Formation program at St. Timothy's presented their annual rendition of the Passion Play, a living depiction of Jesus' suffering and death on Good Friday. Youth of the parish took on the silent roles of Pilate, Roman soldiers, Simon of Cyrene, Veronica, the Women of Jerusalem, and of course Mary and Jesus. Youth also served as narrators of the passion and led the assembly in quiet prayer and reflection on the mystery of Christ's Passion, interspersedwith musical reflections by parish musicians. The presentation was spiritual and prayerful and deeply moving.
